Our love for the breed began in 2003 when our first mastiff named Boulder entered our life and stole our heart.  Since then we have established many wonderful friendships that has allowed us to gain more knowledge of the breed.  We are proud members of The Mastiff Club of America and are actively involved with friends in fund-raising events for MCOA and Mastiff Rescue.  In doing so we hope to better the breed and raise awareness for our gentle giants. 

Our mission is to provide a loving home and quality health care for the mastiffs that "own us."  Rolling Rock Mastiffs wants nothing more than to produce sound & healthy puppies so other families can happily be "owned by" a mastiff as well. 

Rolling Rock Mastiffs follows health testing guidelines before we will consider breeding.  Our mastiffs are clear of hip and elbow dysplasia.  We have their heart and patella's checked to make sure they are normal.  In addition, their eyes are CERF'ed & PRA DNA tested.  Our mastiffs are also tested clear of VWD, Cystinuria and thyroid disease.  Unfortunately, problems do occur in every breed of dog.  By using these guidelines we hope to improve the breed and eliminate the crippling and painful problems that hurt our pets and the families hearts.
